Tadao Ueshima, "The Father of coffee in Japan", is the person who drew an idea to develope the world's first canned coffee beverage in reality in 1969.
One day, Tadao was drinking bottled coffee milk while waiting on a train station platform. The train blew the whistle for boarding, so he rushed back to the shop to dispose of the glass bottle without having finished the drink.
"What a waste," he thought. This would be the clue for his next invention.
Bottling coffee in cans would allow passengers to bring them aboard the train.
At the present, UCC Ueshima Coffee Company, which was founded by Tadao, has been developing on many aspects, from manufacturing, distributing brewed coffee; training bartenders; opening coffee courses to directly consuming and making coffee, etc. In Vietnam, many coffee shops belonging to this brand have been serving many customers everyday.
